This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of OpenClaw Cloud (cloud.getopenclaw.ai). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.
What OpenClaw Cloud Provides
OpenClaw Cloud provides cloud compute instances. We are infrastructure providers only. We do not control, monitor, or take responsibility for how you use your Instance or what you do with the AI outputs it generates. You are fully and solely responsible for all use of your Instance.
Prohibited Uses
Illegal Activity
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or financial crimes
- Distribute or possess illegal content
- Violate export control laws
Harmful Content
- Generate, distribute, or store child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, immediate termination and reporting to authorities
- Create content designed to incite violence or hatred
- Facilitate stalking, harassment, or threats against any person
Security Violations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data
- Conduct vulnerability scanning or penetration testing without explicit written authorization from the target
- Distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, or any malicious code
- Conduct DDoS or other denial-of-service attacks
Platform Abuse
- Mine cryptocurrency or perform resource-intensive computations beyond your plan limits
- Resell or sublease your Instance without our written permission
- Attempt to access or interfere with other customers' Instances
- Circumvent usage limits, billing, or authentication systems
Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice for violations of this AUP. No refund will be issued upon termination for AUP violations. We may report illegal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Disclaimer
OpenClaw Cloud is not responsible for the actions of its customers. We provide compute infrastructure only. Any harm caused by your use of the Service — to yourself, third parties, or society — is your sole responsibility. We expressly disclaim any liability for AI outputs generated through your Instance, decisions made based on AI-generated content, consequences of automations you configure, or third-party services you connect to your Instance.
